Miriam took her tambourine
Danced her way through the sand
She said, Come on sisters
Let's praise the Lord's right hand
Sing to the Lord, oh, He's my song
He's thrown the horse and rider into the sea
Sing to the Lord, oh, He's my song
Victory belongs to Him, and He set us free
The waters stood like walls
Pharaoh thought he had us chained
But when the tide came crashin' down
Only Israel remained
Sing to the Lord, oh, He's my song
He's thrown the horse and rider into the sea
Sing to the Lord, oh, He's my song
Victory belongs to Him, and He set us free
Ain't no God like the Lord we serve
Ain't no God like the Lord we serve
He fights our battles, keeps His word
He fights our battles, keeps His word
Sing to the Lord, oh, He's my song
He's thrown the horse and rider into the sea
Sing to the Lord, oh, He's my song
Victory belongs to Him, and He set us free
“And Miriam chanted for them: Sing to the LORD, for He has triumphed gloriously; Horse and driver He has hurled into the sea.”

19For the horses of Pharaoh, with his chariots and horsemen, went into the sea; and the LORD turned back on them the waters of the sea; but the Israelites marched on dry ground in the midst of the sea.
20Then Miriam the prophetess, Aaron’s sister, took a timbrel in her hand, and all the women went out after her in dance with timbrels.
21And Miriam chanted for them: Sing to the LORD, for He has triumphed gloriously; Horse and driver He has hurled into the sea.
