Lord, don't rebuke me in Your anger
Don't discipline me in Your wrath
I am weak, my bones are shaking
I'm worn and fading on this path

Deliver me, O Lord, in mercy
Heal my soul, and hear my cry
For I am drowning in my sorrow
And I am weary of the night
Deliver me—O God, arise

How long, O Lord, until You rescue
Return and save me by Your grace
In death, no one gives You praises
